Anleolife bed may be the easiest garden bed I've put together. Today and for how big it is. I was surprised how small the box was. Sometimes assembling the raised garden beds could be really time consuming but I think I assembled this one in like 40 minutes maybe even less. But it comes with four straight pieces and six curve pieces and you just hook them all up and use the bolts that come with it and I know it's a weird thing to say but I like the bolts that came with it, because they're easier and you can hand tighten instead of having to find a wrench that'll match the back piece and saving time is a big thing for me cuz I always got so much stuff going on. I also like that the edges are really smooth so you don't have to worry about nicking yourself when you're in the middle of assembling plus the material that they use is very sturdy and it's rust resistant and just look how big it is. It's huge and because it's so big I'm going to try out the huglekultur method. I hope I said that right but I lined the bed with some cardboard and I put a couple of logs and sticks in there and then I took some grass clippings and leaves and threw it in there as well, and then I just filled the rest up with compost and garden soil plus I added mulch on top, so I could preserve it until I'm ready to start planting in there come spring, but I love how it turned out and I can't wait to get my hands dirty y'all I'm so ready for spring. |

How to Fill a Metal Raised Garden Bed Easily and Eco-friendly?
Raised garden beds are a great way to grow plants, vegetables, and flowers in a controlled environment. They provide better drainage, improved soil quality, and easier access for gardening. One of the key steps in setting up a raised garden bed is filling it with the right materials. In this article, we will discuss the process of filling a raised garden bed to create an optimal growing environment for your plants.
Actually ,it is a centuries-old, traditional way of building a garden bed from rotten logs and plant debris. These mound shapes are created by marking out an area for a raised bed, clearing the land, and then heaping up woody material (that's ideally already partially rotted) topped with compost and soil. They hold moisture, build fertility, maximize surface volume and are great spaces for growing fruit, vegetables and herbs.
Before filling your raised garden bed, it's important to choose the right materials. The ideal filling material should provide good drainage, aeration, and nutrients for your plants.
